GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT ( G.O. Ms. No. 49, Puducherry, dated 15 th September 2020 ) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Act No. 1 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry hereby appoints the 1 st day of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the said Act, shall come into force.
