Re-Constitution of Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling under GST - G.O.Ms.No.276 - Andhra Pradesh SGST

REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) APPOINTING OF MEMBERS OF AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCE RULING - RE-CONSTITUTION OF ANDHRA PRADESH AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCE RULING UNDER GST. [ G.O.Ms.No.276, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 22nd September, 2020 .] In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 96 of Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with Rule 103 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby reconstitute the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling with the following members; 1) Member (Central Tax) - Sri A.Syam Sundar, Additional Commissioner, CGST Audit Commissionerate, Visakhapatnam Zone. 2) Member (State Tax) - Sri D. Ramesh, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Vijayawada.
