GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) NO. F.1-11 (91 )-TAX/GST/2020 (Part-III) Dated, Agartala, the 30 th September, 2020. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Rules. 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in notification of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department, NO.F.1-11(91)-TAX-GST/2020(Part-II), dated the 20 th May, 2020, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1211, dated the 20 May, 2020, namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph. (i) after the expression other than and before the expression those referred to in sub-rules , the expression a Special Economic Zone unit and shall be inserted: (ii) for the expression one hundred crore rupees , the expression '*five hundred crore rupees shall be substituted.
