Amendment in Notification No. 41/2020-State Tax, dated the 8th May, 2020 - 80/2020 - State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, District-Raipur Notification No. 80/2020 - State Tax Atal Nagar, the 19 th November 2020 No. F 10 -82/2020/CT/V(117).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification No. 41/2020-State Tax, No. F-10-56/2020/CT/V(71), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 8th May, 2020, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 235, dated the 18th May, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word 31st October, 2020 , the figures, letters and word 31st December, 2020 shall be substituted. 2.
