Seeks to bring in force section 21 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2019 - S.O. 324 (E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2021 S.O. 324(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2019 (22 of 2019) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd day of January, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of section 21 of the said Act shall come into force.
