Central Government appoints the 22nd day of January, 2021 as the date on which the Various section of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 shall come into force - S.O. 325 (E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2021 S.O. 325(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 (29 of 2020) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd day of January, 2021 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely:- Sl. No. Sections 1. Section 2; 2. Section 11 ; 3. Clause (c) of section 18 ; 4. Clause (ii) of section 22 ; 5. Section 25 ; 6. Section 27 ; 7. Section 53 ; 8. Section 55 ; 9.
