GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX, EXCISE NARCOTICS ITANAGAR Notification No. 42/2020 State Tax No. GST/23/2017/Vol-II/322 Dated Itanagar the, 9 th June, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (07of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Department of Tax, Excise narcotics, No. 09/2020- State Tax, dated the 21st March, 2020, published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary, No. 128, Vol. XXVII, Naharlagun, Wednesday, May 27, 2020 vide File No. GST/23/2017/Vol-II, dated the 21st March, 2020, namely In the said notification, in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of May, 2020 , the figures, letters and words 31 st day of July, 2020 shall be substituted. 2.
