Amendment in Notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-III-260, dated the 2nd December, 2020 - F.12(1)FD/Tax/2021-298 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: March 31, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department s notification No. F. 12(46)FD/Tax/2017-III-260, dated the 2nd December, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, - (i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 31st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted; (ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 01st day of April , the figures, letters and words 1st day of July , shall be substituted.
