State Government constitutes the State Level Screening Committee - F-A-3-61-2017-1-V(16) - Madhya Pradesh SGST

Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 10 March 2021 No. F-A-3-61-2017-1-V(16).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 123 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in suppression of this department's Notification No. FA-3-61-2017-1-V (101) date 15th September 2017, Notification No. FA-3-61-2017-1-V (50) date 3 1st May 2018. Notification No. FA-3-61-2017-1-V (77) date 4th September 2018 and Notification No. FA-3-61-2017- I-V (21) date 11 th February 2019, the State Government, hereby, constitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting of following officers, namely:- (a) Special Commissioner of State Tax (b) Additional Commissioner, CGST, Commissionerate, Ujjain By order and in the name of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh R.
