Amendment in Notification No. 95/2020-State Tax, dated the 13th January, 2021 - 4/2021-State Tax - Himachal Pradesh SGST

EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification No. 4/2021-State Tax Shimla-2, the 27th April, 2021 No. EXN-F(10)-4/2021 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 44 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), read with Rule 80 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh No. 95/2020-State Tax, dated the 13 th January, 2021, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)- 4/2020-Vol-I, dated the 4th February, 2021, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures 28.02.2021 , the figures 31.03.2021 shall be substituted.
