Seeks to extend the due date for filing FORM GSTR-4 for financial year 2020-21 to 31.07.2021 - F.12(1)FD/Tax/2021-22 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: June 04, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-III-05, dated the 23 rd April, 2019, as amended from time to time, namely :- In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the second proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31 st day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 31 st day of July, 2021 shall be substituted. 2.
