REVENUE (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.MS.No.138 Dated: 18 -06-2021 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification issued in the G.O.Ms.No.258, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, Dated 29.6.2017, as subsequently amended, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification,- (a) In Schedule I - 2.5%, against S.No.259 A, for the entry in column(2),the entry 9503 shall be substituted; (b) after Schedule I, in the List 1, after serial number 230 and the entries relating there to, the following shall be inserted, namely- (231).
