Seeks to waive penalty payable for non-compliance of provisions of Notification No. 331 dated 20th May 2020 - 564/2021/3(120)/XXVII(8)/2021/CT-28 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 564/2021/3(120)/XXVII(8)/2021/CT-28 Dehradun : Dated: 23 August, 2021 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (06 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, and in supersession of notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, No. 16/2021/6(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-89 dated 7th January, 2021 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, is pleased to allow to waive the amount of penalty payable by any registered person under section 125 of the said Act for non-compliance of the provisions of notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, No. 331/2020/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CT-14 dated 20th May, 2020, between the period from the 1st day of December, 2020 to the 30th day of September, 2021.
