Seeks to bring in force sections 4 and 5 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 - ERTS (T) 65/2017/Pt.I/336 - Meghalaya SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT Notification No. 29/2021 -State Tax Dated Shillong, the 30th June, 2021 No. ERTS (T) 65/2017/Pt.I/336 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 (No. 3 of 2021), the Government of Meghalaya hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act shall come into force.
