Amendment in Notification SRO-GST-2 dated 8th July, 2017 - S. O. 41 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT-FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification Jammu, the 24th of December, 2019 S. O.-41. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Government on the recommendations of the Council, is direct that in Notification SRO-GST-2 dated 8th July, 2017, the following amendment shall be made to the Schedule appended thereto, namely :- after S. No.103 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be inserted :- (1) (2) (3) 103A 26 Uranium Ore Concentrate This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 8th day of July, 2017 : Provided that no refund shall be made of all such tax which has been collected during the interregnum, which could not have been collected, had this notification been issued.
