REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) ANDHRA PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT RULES, 2017 APPOINTING OF MEMBERS OF AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCE RULING RE-CONSTITUTION OF ANDHRA PRADESH AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCE RULING UNDER GST. [ G.O.Ms.No.250, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 17th September, 2021 .] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 96 of Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with Rule 103 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby reconstitute the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling with the following members: I. Sri D. Ramesh, Commissioner of State Tax, O/o Chief Commissioner of State Tax, A.P., Eedupugallu, Vijayawada, Krishna District (Member-State Tax). II. Sri R.V. Pradhamesh Bhanu, Joint Commissioner, Visakhapatnam CGST Commissionerate (Member-Central Tax).
