No. GST-1021 / C.R.91 / Taxation 1 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6D) of section 25 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Government notification of Finance Department No. GST. 1021/C.R. 29/Taxation-1 [Notification No. 03/2021-State Tax], dated the 15th March, 2021, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 69, dated the 15th March, 2021, namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph after the words hereby notifies that the provisions of , the words, brackets, figure and letter sub-section (6A) or shall be inserted.
