Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 740(E) dated the 12th October, 1994 NOTIFICATION NO. 11191 DATED 4-1-2000 S. O. 11(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause ( b ) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Committee hereby amends the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number S.O. 740(E) dated the 12th October, 1994, as follows, namely : In the said notification, in the Table against serial number 5 relating to Shree Bidada Sarvodaya Trust, Dadar (C.R.), Bombay-400014 in column (4) relating to maximum amount of cost to be allowed as a deduction under section 35AC, for the letters, figures and words ₹ 187.71 lakhs , the letters, figures and words ₹ 287.71 lakhs shall be substituted.
