GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR SECRETARIAT: FINANCE DEPARTMENT (EXPENDITURE SECTION) Notification No. 25/2019 - State Tax Imphal, the 31st December, 2019 No. Tax/4(53)/GST-NOTN/2016: - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2019 (Manipur Act No. 9 of 2019), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of the sections 92 to 112, except section 92, section 97, section 100 and section 103 to 110 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2019 (Manipur Act No. 9 of 2019), shall come into force.
