GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX, EXCISE NARCOTICS ITANAGAR Notification No. 24/2019 (State Tax) The 20th August, 2019 No. GST/23/2017/Vol-II. -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Department of Tax, Excise and Narcotics No.14/2019- State Tax, dated the 23rd April, 2019, published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary, No. 257, Vol. XXVI, Naharlagun, Wednesday, June 19, 2019 vide file No. GST/23/2017/Vol-I,dated the 23rd April, 2019, namely : In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21st day of August, 2019 the figures, letters and word 21st day of November, 2019 shall be substituted.
