Amendment in Notification No. 6/2019- State Tax, dated the 24th April, 2019 - 30/2020-State Tax - Manipur SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR SECRETARIAT: FINANCE DEPARTMENT (EXPENDITURE SECTION) Notification No. 30/2020-State Tax Imphal, the 1 st September, 2020 No. TAX/4(53)/GST-NOTN/2016: - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Manipur, Secretariat: Finance Department (Expenditure Section), No. 6/2019- State Tax, dated the 24 th April, 2019, published in the Manipur Gazette Extraordinary vide number 15, dated the 26th April, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31 st day of August, 2020 , the figures, letters and words 31 st day of October, 2020 shall be substituted.
