Amendment in Notification No. 13/2020 - State Tax, dated the 5th May, 2020 - 5/2021-State Tax - Mizoram SGST

No.J.21011/7/2021-TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 5/2021-State Tax Dated Aizawl, the 12 th March, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, in Taxation Department No. 13/2020 - State Tax, dated the 5th May, 2020, issued vide file number No.J.21011/2/2020 (f) - TAX, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2021, for the words one hundred crore rupees , the words fifty crore rupees shall be substituted.
