Seeks to amend Notification No. 95/2020 - State Tax, dated the 13th January, 2021 - 4/2021-State Tax - Mizoram SGST

No.J.21011/7/2021-TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 4/2021-State Tax Dated Aizawl, the 10th March, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department, No. 95/2020 - State Tax, dated the 13th January, 2021 issued vide file number No.J.21011/3/2019(iii)-TAX, dated the 13th January, 2021, namely: - In the said notification, for the figures 28.02.2021 , the figures 31.03.2021 shall be substituted.
