Amendment in Notification SRO-GST-1 dated 8th of July, 2017 - S.O. 157 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT-FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification Jammu, the 15th of May, 2020. S.O. 157. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (10) of Section 9 and sub-section (5) of Section 15 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government of Jammu and Kashmir on recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification SRO-GST-1 dated 8 th of July, 2017 ; namely :- (a) In Schedule II-6%, S. No. 242 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. (b) In Schedule IV-14%, for S. No. 228 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely :- 228 Any chapter Lottery 14% This notification shall be deemed to have cone into force w. e. f. 1st day of March, 2020. (Sd.) DR.
