Seeks to amend F.D. Notification No. 24932 dated 27.07.2018 bearing S.R.O. No. 309/2018 - 36635-FIN-CT1-TAX-0002/2020 - Orissa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 31 st December, 2021 S.R.O. No. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of section 11 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 24932-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043/2017, dated the 27th July, 2018, published in the Extraordinary issue No.1295 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 27th July, 2018 bearing S.R.O. No. 309/2018, namely:- In the aid notification, in the TABLE, - (i) against serial number 4, for the entry in column (2), the entry 4414 shall be substituted; (ii) against serial number 29, for the entry in column (2), the entry 7419 80 shall be substituted; 2.
