Seeks to bring in force to clause (i) of section 80 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 - S.O. 147 (E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 11th January, 2022 S.O. 147(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st July, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of second and third proviso to clause (i) of section 80 of the said Act shall come into force.
