GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 37 F.T., dated the 10th day of January, 2022. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Finance Act, 2021 (West Ben. Act IX of 2021), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sub-section (2) and sub-sections (6) to (13) of section 3 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
