Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 6th January 2022 No. F A-3-23-2021-1-V (02).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (21 of 2021), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
