Seeks to amend notification No. 1037-F.T. dated 27.07.2018 regarding rates of tax of handicraft goods - 68-F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 68-F.T. Dated, Howrah, the 18th day of January, 2022 [ Corresponding Central Notification No. 20/2021-Central Tax (Rate) ] In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of section 11 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make the following amendments in this Department notification No. 1037-F.T., dated the 27th July, 2018, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part I: Amendments In the said notification, in the TABLE, (i) against S. No. 4, for the entry in column (2), the entry 4414 shall be substituted; (ii) against S. No. 29, for the entry in column (2), the entry 7419 80 shall be substituted. 2.
