GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX, EXCISE NARCOTICS ITANAGAR Notification No. 5/2020 State Tax- (Rate) The 16th October, 2020 No. GST/24/2017/Vol-I. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (07 of 2017) the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the interest of public so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Department of Tax, Excise Narcotics no.12/2017- State Tax (rate), dated 28th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extra ordinary no. 183, Vol. XXIV, Naharlagun, Friday, June 30, 2017. In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 19B and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely. 19C 9965 Satellite launch services supplied by Indian Space Research Organisation, Antrix Corporation Limited or New Space India limited.
