Notifies the Deepak Gupta Memorial Foundation, New Delhi u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. 11262 DATED 14-3-2000 In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-clause (via) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the "Deepak Gupta Memorial Foundation, New Delhi" for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment years 1999-2000 to 2001-2002 : Provided that the Foundation conforms to and complies with the provisions of sub-clause (via) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, read with rule 2CA of the Income-tax Rules, 1962. The assessee will regularly file its return of income before the Income-tax authority in accordance with the provision of Income-tax Act, 1961. [F. No. 197/10/2000-ITA-I]
