Modification Notification SRO No. 431 of 2018 dated 25-09-2018 - SO-328 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT-FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification Srinagar, the 23rd October, 2020. SO-328 .-In partial modification to notification SRO-431 of 2018 dated 25-09-2018 regarding Budgetary support to the manufacturing units in the shape of reimbursement of Integrated Goods and Service Tax (IGST) under the scheme Jammu and Kashmir Reimbursement of Integrated Goods and Service Tax for promotion of small/medium/large scale of industries in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, the Government hereby directs the following proviso shall be added to clause 5.1 ; namely :- Provided further that the industrial units which had failed to file their claims up to the period 31st December, 2019 can also avail the benefit of the Scheme subject to the condition that they had filed all their due returns up to the month of August, 2020. All such Industrial Units shall file their claims before the concerned jurisdictional officer by or before 31st December, 2020 . By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. (Sd.) DR.
