No.J.21011/2/2019-(d) - TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 71 of 2019-State Tax Dated Aizawl the 5th Feb., 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 5 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, made vide notification No. 31/2019 - State Tax, dated the 8 th July, 2019, vide No.J.21011/2/2019(e)-Tax dated the 8th July,2019, the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of the said rule, shall come into force.
