No.J.21011/7/2021-TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 36/2021-State Tax Dated Aizawl, the 30 th September, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (6D) of section 25 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department No. 03/2021-State Tax, dated the 3 rd March, 2021 issued vide file number No.J.21011/2/2018-TAX/pt, namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph after the words hereby notifies that the provisions of , the words, brackets, figure and letter sub- section (6A) or shall be inserted.
