S.O. 5538 (E) - The Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) , as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 , hereby incorporates new Policy condition against ITC (HS) code 1006 40 00 of Chapter 10 of Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy, as under: ITC HS Codes Description Export Policy New Policy Condition 1006 Organic Non-Basmati Broken Rice (ITC HS Code 1006 40 00) Prohibited However, export of Organic Non-basmati rice, including Organic Non-basmati broken rice, will be governed as per provisions under Notification No.03/2015-2020 dated 19th April, 2017. 2 . Effect of this Notification : Export of Organic Non-basmati rice, including Organic Non-basmati broken rice, will be governed as per provisions under Notification No.03/2015-2020 dated 19th April, 2017.
