From the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Telangana, Hyderabad, Lr No. CCT s Ref No. A(1)/74/2017, Dt. 26-09-2022. ***** ORDER:- The following Notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary issue of Telangana Gazette dt:15.10.2022:- NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act No 23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification issued in G.O.Ms No104, Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dt. 04-09-2019, and as amended subsequently from time to time:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2.
