Seeks to extend amnesty scheme for deemed withdrawal of assessment orders issued under Section 62 - F.12(11)FD/Tax/2023-21 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: July 26, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's notification no. F. 12(11)FD/Tax/2023-04, dated the 01 st April, 2023, namely : - In the said notification, for the words, letter and figure 30th day of June, 2023 the words, letter and figure 31 st day of August, 2023 shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30 th day of June, 2023.
