Seeks to amend Notification No. F.12(56)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-I-50 dated 29.06.2017 regarding extension of GST exemption on satellite launch services supplied by private sector - F.12(11)FD/Tax/2023-26 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: July 26, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the re-commendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment further to amend this department's notification no. F.12(56)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-I-50 dated the 29th June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 19C, for the entry in column (3), the following entry shall be substituted: - (3) Satellite launch services. 2.
