No. FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1) (Vol. II)/179 Dated: 19th November, 2022 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of the Nagaland Goods and services Tax (Sixth Amendment) Ordinance, 2022 (5 of 2022), the State Government hereby appoints the 5th day of July 2022, as the date on which the provisions of clause (c) of section 11 and section 12 of the said Ordinance shall come into force. 2. This notification shall he deemed to have come into force with effect from the 5th day of July, 2022. (Taliremba) Commissioner Secretary
