O. 476 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government, on the recommendation of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Finance Department, SO GST No. 380/2023-Tax, dated the 24 th day July, 2023, namely: - In the said notification, for the words, letter and figure 30th day of June, 2023 the words, letter and figure 31 st day of August, 2023 shall be substituted. 2.
