Amendment in Notification No. 102/2008-Customs(N.T.) dated the 26th August, 2008 - Exchange rate notification for Import of / exported goods with effect from 25th September, 2008 [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA , PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii), EXTRAORDINARY] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE AND CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION No. 110/2008-CUSTOMS (N.T.) DATED THE 25 TH September, 2008 3 Asvina, 1930 (SAKA) S.O.(E). -In exercise of powers conferred by Section 14 of Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 102/2008-Customs(N.T.) dated the 26 th August, 2008 [S.O. 2109(E)] namely:- In the Scheduled-I of the said Notification for serial no.5 and Scheduled-II for s.no.1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- SCHEDULE-I S.No. Foreign Currency Rate of exchange of one unit of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees (1) (2) (3) (a) (b) (For Imported Goods) (For Export Goods) 5.
