COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION 12th December, 2023 Notification No.- 28/2023 State Tax S.O. No. 41, Dated 12th December, 2023 --In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023 (13 of 2023), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints, (a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 24 (except sections 14 to 19) of the said Act shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Act shall come into force. 2.
