REVENUE (COMMERCIAL TAXES) DEPARTMENT G.O. Ms. No. 19 Dated : 19-01-2024. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 16 of 2017) (herein after referred to as the said Act), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued in G.O. Ms. No. 383, Revenue (Commercial Taxes) Department, dated 07.08.2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
