NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 16 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued in G. O. Ms. No. 383, Revenue (CT) Department, dated August 7, 2023, namely : Amendment In the said notification, 2023, after the words hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed , the words and figures with effect from 1st day of January 2024 shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 31st July, 2023.
