Date of coming into force of certain provisions of the Assam Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022 - eCF No. 33646/504 - Assam SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM Notification eCF No. 33646/504 , dated March 17, 2023. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 11 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XXVIII of 2017) the Governor of Assam is hereby pleased to appoint the 1st day of October, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 15, except section 13, of the Assam Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022 [2] (Act No. XLII of 2022) shall come into force. This notification shall be deemed to have been issued on 28th day of September, 2022.
