Amendment in Notification No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-II/545-ST, dated the 22nd May, 2020 - eCF No. 168833/298 - Assam SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM Notification eCF No. 168833/298, dated September 14, 2023. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XXVIII of 2017), the Governor of Assam, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-II/545-ST, dated the 22nd May, 2020 , issued by the Finance (Taxation) Department, Government of Assam, published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary, No. 220 dated the 27th May, 2020, namely : In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of October 2022, for the words twenty crore rupees , the words ten crore rupees shall be substituted.
