ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 49A of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, I, Archna Arora, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, do hereby, extend the time limit prescribed in sub-rule (3) of rule 28 of the said rules and sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of Central Sales Tax (Delhi) Rules, 2005 for furnishing of the returns in Form DVAT 16 and Form DVAT 17 and Form 1 respectively for the tax periods of quarter ended on 30th September, 2008 and month ended on 30th September, 2008 upto 5th November, 2008.
