Amendment in Notification S. O. GST No. 105/2023-Tax, dated the 3rd March, 2023 - S.O. 547 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

Government of Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department Notification S.O. No. 547, dated October 19, 2023. In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4B) of rule 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Finance Department S. O. GST No. 105/2023-Tax, dated the 3rd March, 2023, namely : In the said notification, after the words, State of Gujarat , the words and the State of Puducherry shall be inserted. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 31st day of July, 2023.
