Amendment in Notification (02/2024) No. FD 07 CSL 2024, dated the 18th January, 2024 - (03/2024) FD 07 CSL 2024 - Karnataka SGST

GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA No. FD 07 CSL 2024 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru dated : 22.04.2024 NOTIFICATION (03/2024) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Karnataka, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government of Karnataka Notification (02/2024) No. FD 07 CSL 2024, dated the 18th January, 2024, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IVA, No.27, dated the 18th January, 2024, namely:- In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters 1st day of April, 2024 , the words and letters 15th day of May, 2024 shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2024.
