GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) F. No. 1-11(91)-TAX/GST/NOTIFICATION/2024 Dated, Agartala, the 17th January, 2024. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department, number No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/ NOTIFICATION/2023 dated 18 th September, 2023 published vide number 1414, dated the 21 st September. 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
